This policy describes how PuffPad collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use the puffpadhq.com marketing site and the PuffPad reservation software.

Overview

PuffPad ("we", "us", "our") provides booking and operations software for inflatable amusement rental businesses. This page explains what we collect from operators (our direct customers), how we handle data about end customers booking through an operator's storefront, and who we share it with.

Information we collect from operators

• Auth0 identifiers such as your subject ID, authentication provider, email address, email verification status, name, and profile image.
• Business profile fields you enter — company name, locations, fleet inventory, pricing, delivery zones, branding.
• Stripe customer, subscription, checkout, and billing-portal records for your PuffPad subscription. We do not store full payment card numbers ourselves; Stripe handles that.
• Account activity such as logins, settings changes, and API or webhook events.

Information collected from your customers (the end-customers)

• Name, email address, phone number, event address, event date, and other booking details a customer enters on your PuffPad storefront.
• Signed waiver, supervision agreement, and rental contract records.
• Payment details — handled by Stripe under your Stripe account. We see metadata (amounts, status, last4) but not raw card numbers.
• Communications you and your customer exchange through PuffPad (booking confirmations, reminders, reschedule notices).

As between you (the operator) and us, you own and control end-customer data. We process it on your behalf to provide the Service.

How we use information

• Provide and improve the Service.
• Authenticate operators and process subscription billing.
• Send transactional messages (receipts, security alerts, terms updates).
• Send marketing communications, subject to your opt-in preference.
• Detect abuse, fraud, and breaches of these terms.
• Respond to support requests.

Service providers and sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share information with service providers only as needed to run the Service, including Auth0 for authentication, Stripe for billing and payments, Cloudflare for edge/network services, and hosting providers used to operate the platform.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies, tokens, and similar storage for authentication, session continuity, and security — not ad targeting.

Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the Service, comply with billing and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our terms. If you close your account, we will delete or de-identify information we no longer need, subject to legal, accounting, security, and fraud-prevention requirements.
